PProofn Gold + Silver Plans provide premium features not available to Free Plan members. If you exceed the 500 MB of free storage or have more than 50 Proofn contacts in your address book, you won't be able to reply to messages.

When that happens, you can delete messages to get under the 500 MB storage limit. But to ensure uninterrupted access, upgrade to a Gold or Silver Plan. To upgrade, tap on 'Settings'.

Upgrade the storage for your Proofn account from 10000 MB (10 GB) to 5000 MB (5 GB). So you can send more photos, videos, + more
Increase the number of Proofn Contacts to 1500. So you can send > retract > CORRECT unread emails you sent to more people
Add more storage to your Proofn account in 1 MB increments. So you can add even more photos, videos, + more.

Yes, Proofn has a free desktop version at proofn.com. So you can login to any computer with an internet connection. To login: enter your @proofn.com account > enter your account password. The desktop version is limited because certain functions are only available on the Proofn app. To use the full version of Proofn, you must use the Proofn app for iOS + Android.

Yes, you can! To login, go to: proofn.com > enter your @proofn.com account > enter your @proofn.com account password on another laptop, public computer terminal, Smart TV, or office computer with an internet connection. When you get a new smartphone, download the free Proofn app for iOS or Android > enter your @proofn.com account > and enter your account password to log in to Proofn. Now, you can use the full version of Proofn again.

Yes, you can! Your @proofn.com account is independent of your phone number. So you can go to proofn.com to login to your Proofn account on any computer with an internet connection.

There are various methods to make your @Proofn.com account more secure. First, create a password that will be difficult for others to guess. Try not to use personal information in your password, such as your nickname, date of birth, names of your family members, etc.

Second, never share your password with anyone, regardless if they are a loved one.

Third, keep your password private. It can be easily read or stolen.

Fourth, please do not reuse the same password for various accounts because if your password is stolen or misused, bad actors can use the same password to get into your Proofn account.

Email providers that claim you can unsend a message don't actually send it. They only delay the email for up to 30 seconds. But Proofn believes in complete transparency. So you can literally send > retract > CORRECT unread emails + attachments you send to your Proofn Contacts in 3 taps. You can do the same with your group messages when you create private groups with your Proofn contacts.

Currently, there are no charges to create your @proofn.com account because everyone starts with a Free Plan. With a Free Plan, you can add 25 contacts with @proofn.com accounts (aka your “Proofn Contacts”) to your address book. But when you import all your smartphone contacts with an email address into Proofn, you can add up to 50 Proofn Contacts to your address book. It’s also easier to compose emails because you can enter their name, + autofill will complete the rest. Your Free Plan also lets you: Create up to five different email folders Keep 500 MB (0.5 GB) of email storage Add an unlimited number of non-Proofn email accounts (aka your “Other Contacts”) to your address book.

To check how much storage you have left on your Free Plan, the number of Proofn contacts in your address book, + the number of email folders you created, tap on ‘Settings’.

You can’t edit an unread email or group message to eliminate the risk of gaslighting. So when an app lets senders edit messages the recipients have read without their knowledge, it encourages the person to gaslight. They can change facts after the fact to take advantage or cause stress. So it causes them personal harm.
